Terms & Conditions

1. Services

Wrong Sequence Studio (\u201cWS Studio\u201d) provides professional mixing, mastering, and music production services. All services are subject to these terms and conditions.

2. Pricing & Payment

Prices listed on the website are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated. Payment is required in full before work begins unless a custom arrangement has been agreed upon. All prices are in Euros (\u20ac).

3. Revisions

Each service includes up to 3 revisions within 1 week of receiving the final master. Additional revisions beyond this allowance may incur extra fees at the studio\u2019s discretion.

4. File Submission

Clients must submit stems in WAV or AIFF format with 24-bit resolution. All tracks must be properly labeled, organized, and exported at the same bitrate and sample rate. Stems should be normalized to a peak of -6 dBFS without clipping or limiting.

5. Delivery

Final masters are delivered in WAV or AIFF format with 24-bit resolution. Timeline depends on project complexity and will be communicated upon project discussion.

6. Confidentiality

All audio files and materials submitted will be used solely for the agreed-upon services. No sharing or distribution will occur without explicit written consent from the client.

7. Promotional Use

Portions of completed work may be used for promotional purposes only with the client\u2019s explicit written consent.

8. Limitations

Mixing and mastering cannot correct significant issues in recordings or productions. Results may be limited by fundamental flaws in the original material. WS Studio is not liable for results impacted by poor source material.

9. Intellectual Property

The client retains full ownership of their original music and compositions. WS Studio does not claim any rights to the client\u2019s intellectual property.
